Daylight-saving time begins Sunday 1:30 p.m., April 2, 2004--Daylight-saving time begins in Delaware, and throughout most of the United States, at 2 a.m., Sunday, April 4, when clocks are turned ahead an hour, effectively moving an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening.
