Tax forms available online 2:22 p.m., Feb. 23, 2004--Taxpayers who file their own forms each April can now avoid last-minute scrambles, thanks to a link on the University Library web site. At [www.lib.udel.edu], users can click a button that gives them direct access to federal and state tax forms and filing information, as well as to information on additional in-print resources available at the library.
