DJ to spin tunes at public skating sessions
11 a.m., Jan. 9, 2004--Beginning Friday, Jan. 23, through Friday, Feb. 27, skaters can enjoy spinning to their favorite tunes while a professional DJ from Music Production Entertainment Inc. supplies the beat.
From 8-10 p.m., Fridays, during public skating sessions on Jan. 23, Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 13 and Feb. 27, a special engagement DJ will take requests, create special sets and generally keep the grooves smooth for skaters of all ages.
Admission to public sessions is $5; skate rentals are $3. Parental supervision is required for children 12 and under. For more information, call 831-6038.
