NASA team to discuss research, security issues 10:45 a.m., April 8, 2004--Kim Toufectis and Walter Daly of NASAs Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., will speak on Balancing Openness with Security at a Federal Research Laboratory from 2:30-4:30 p.m., Monday, April 12, in 100 Kirkbride Hall. Goddard Space Flight Center is home to the nations largest concentration of Earth and space science research. To meet the requirements of cutting edge-research and a safe, secure, attractive and cost-effective working environment Goddard assembled a special planning team. Team members Toufectis and Daly will review the process and tools of a model that can be adapted at other research institutions. The seminar is sponsored by the Delaware Center for Transportation.
