June 16, 2004--Malcolm M. Schwartz, 77, of Wilmington died Jan. 12.

He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Delaware in 1950.

Mr. Schwartz served in World War II and rose to the rank of major in the Army Reserve.

He was the founder and CEO of Infinetics/Friskem Corp.

Mr. Schwartz is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ellen G. Schwartz; a sister, Dr. Ethel Weinberg; and a brother, Dr. Jules Schwartz.
