Want to drive it, shred it, move it—go online

10:57 a.m., June 24, 2004--The latest EZ Forms to leave the MVS administrative application system for the web are requests for bus, motor pool, moving, shredding services and advertising in The Review. The web form also replaces paper request forms for these services.

Only those to whom UD procurement cards have been issued or their surrogate can order these services online.

In the coming months, requests for photographic, public relations and media services, chemistry and biology storerooms and other shops on campus also will move from paper and MVS to the web.

Once a request form appears on the web, paper and MVS forms will no longer be accepted or available.

For more information about use of these new web forms, contact the service provider whose name appears at the top of each form.
