Gregg A. Silvis, assistant director for library computing systems, has been elected president of the PALINET board of trustees. Founded in 1936, PALINET is a cooperative membership organization of more than 600 libraries, museums, information centers, archives and other organizations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
