Preview coming attractions for the fall palate

3:30 p.m., July 22, 2003--The Perkins Student Center Scrounge and Trabant University Center food court will preview gastronomical attractions for the fall semester, beginning July 23.

On each of four days this month, from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Dining Services will be selling new food items customers have indicated they want. Students, faculty, administrators and staff are invited to sample the new fall offerings.

At the Scrounge
Wednesday, July 23: The Fresh Market Toss, patrons get to select what goes into their salads and on the variety of pastas they’ve chosen.

Thursday, July 24: Tortilla Fresca, nachos, taco salad with chips and salsa

Friday, Aug. 1: The Grille, Orville & Wilbur’s Wings Just Right or seasoned chicken wings and gourmet chicken sandwiches

At Trabant
Thursday, July 31: Wok Fusion, Chinese food made to order
