MFA exhibit showcases student artwork

12:08 p.m., March 11, 2004--A reception for “New Blood,” the first-year MFA art exhibition, will be held today from 4:30-8 p.m., at the Art Studio Building, located at the corner of Cleveland and North College avenues.

The exhibit, which is open from 10 a.m. today through the reception, also will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday, March 12. Sculpture, paintings and conceptual pieces are featured, and visitors will have a chance to speak with the artists.

Both the show and reception are free and open to the public. For more information, call 831-8242.
