Columnist David Sarasohn writes: "Intoxicated by the moment, Biden went on to reminisce about his time playing for the University of Delaware, which no formula would ever put into a national championship game. At the time, he recalled, he 'actually thought I could play flanker back for the New York Giants. I know that's ridiculous, but I believed it.'"
