Residence halls open early for students attending football playoff

3:55 p.m., Nov. 24, 2003--UD students living in all residence halls, except Christiana Towers, who attend the UD playoff football game against Southern Illinois University on Saturday, Nov. 29, will be able to return to their rooms early that day free of charge by sending e-mail to [ckoli@udel.edu]. The message must include name, room number and access card number.

The e-mail must be received no later than 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 26, or access cards will not work. Late requests cannot be accommodated.

The early return privilege is offered only to students attending the football game. Staff members will ask to see ticket stubs for confirmation. Dining halls will not be open during this period.

Each residence hall complex will have residence life staffers on duty beginning Saturday morning. Contact information will be posted at the entrances of each hall.
