UD attackman Howard is CAA Rookie of the Week 9:09 a.m., March 19, 2004--Cam Howard, freshman attackman for the University of Delaware men’s lacrosse team, has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week for the second time in four weeks. Howard, who also won the award on Feb. 23, was honored for his play last week when he led the Fightin’ Blue Hens to victories over Mount St. Mary’s College and the University of Albany. Howard had two goals and one assist against Mount St. Mary’s and four goals and two assists against Albany. On the season, he now has 11 goals and eight assists to rank among the leaders in the CAA.
