UD flute students perform noon concert Wednesday

1:19 p.m., May 4, 2004--“Flutes and Friends” will continue a three-concert mini-series, featuring UD flute students under the direction of Eileen Grycky, assistant professor of music, in the next Bach’s Lunch program on Wednesday, May 5. All performances in the free public series are held from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in Bayard Sharp Hall.

Upcoming programs in the Bach’s Lunch series include:

  • “Horns Aplenty!” which will conclude the mini-series, featuring UD horn students, directed by Cynthia Carr, UD professor of music, May 12; and
  • “Festival of Students,” the annual grand finale and parade of students representing all areas of the Department of Music, May 19.
