July 18, 2003— L. Craig Wilson, 78, who served on UD’s education faculty for many years, died June 29.

Before coming to UD in 1962, he served as research and planning assistant to the governor of West Virginia.

A graduate of East Tennesee State College University, he received his master’s degree from the University of Tennessee and his doctorate from George Peabody University.

The author or coauthor of several books and research reports, he was a member of the American Association of School Administrators, the National Association of Secondary School Principals and the Delaware Association of School Administrators.
