March 13, 2003—Charles L. Scott, 70, of Elkton, Md., died Monday, March 10.

Mr. Scott was retired from the University of Delaware, where he worked in student housing—custodial.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm, Friday, March 14, at Hicks Home for Funerals, 103 West Stockton St., Elkton, Md. Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm.
