Route 72 lane restrictions to begin Nov. 27

Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) maintenance crews will install a 24-inch concrete pipe on Paper Mill Road (Route 72) between Willow Creek Lane and Limestone Road (Route 7), with work scheduled to begin Tuesday, Nov. 27, and to continue for approximately 10 days.

Traffic will be restricted to one lane through the area between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., and traffic delays are expected. Although an official detour route has not been established, motorists are advised to take Polly Drummond Hill Road to Linden Hill Road to Route 7.
