Sept. 27, 2002--The Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement honors University of Delaware graduates of the last 20 years who exhibit great promise in their professional career and/or public service activities. The newest recipients will be honored at a ceremony at 4:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 11, in Mitchell Hall.
