4:15 p.m., Oct. 28, 2002--UDaily has created a new space on its home page for notices important to faculty and staff. “Need to Know” provides a central location for news about campus-wide deadlines, services, policy changes, benefits information and other important notices.
“Need to Know’s provision of high-visibility, up-to-the-minute postings at a central web location will help reduce e-mail traffic and free up bandwidth on the UD network,” Larry Elveru, UDaily editor, said. The notices will include links, when available, for readers looking for more detailed information.
Need to Know submissions
Approved administrative news of campus-wide importance, including useful links, should be submitted by e-mail for editorial review at least two days in advance of the requested posting date. Please submit news using the "Suggest a news item for UDaily" link at the bottom right corner of the UDaily home page [www.udel.edu/udaily]. For more information, call Elveru at 831-4892.
