Tribute to mentors
Recognition of the importance of faculty-student interaction takes a concrete form with the installation April 2 of 176 bricks in Mentors' Circle, each bearing the name of a recipient of the UD Excellence-in-Teaching Award or the Excellence-in-Advising Award.
The Mentors' Circle area, between the Morris Library, Memorial and Hullihen Halls, was formally dedicated last October at a ceremony attended by many of those individuals who are now permanently honored there.
