The University of Delaware mens basketball team hopes to snap a four-game losing streak when it plays host to Colonial Athletic Association foe William & Mary on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m. at the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center.
Delaware (10-15, 6-9 in conference) is coming off a 69-66 loss to UNC-Wilmington on Saturday. The Fightin Blue Hens were led by junior guard Vohn Hunter, who scored a career-high 22 points.
William and Mary (9-15, 6-8 in conference) defeated Hofstra 61-57 on Saturday. The Tribe was led by sophomore forward Adam Hess, who scored 15 points.
The game will be carried by WRDX-FM 94.7, by WJBR-AM 1290 and by WVUD-FM 91.3.
After the William and Mary game, Delaware will face Hofstra at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23. Tip-off for that game had originally been 7:30 p.m. but has been changed to 2 p.m. for television. The contest will be the CAA Game of the Week.
The Hens will close the regular season at James Madison on Feb. 25.
The CAA tournament will be held March 1-4 at the Richmond Coliseum.
