Leadership conference slated for May 16
 

“Steps to Success: Practical Advice from Women Leaders in Higher Education” is the focus of the American Council on Education’s Office of Women in Higher Education, Delaware Network’s first conference, which will be held 3:30-8 p.m., Thursday, May 16, in the Admissions and Classroom Building Auditorium, at Wilmington College, 320 North DuPont Highway, Wilmington.

Presenters include Barbara Curry, UD associate professor of education; Judith Prince, chairperson of the ACE network; and Audrey K. Doberstein, president of Wilmington College, who will deliver the keynote address.

The event begins with registration at 3:30 p.m., followed by a panel discussion and networking reception and dinner. Cost is $35, and advanced registration is required by Tuesday, May 7.
