July 16, 2002--The Blue Hen Fever spirit organization is seeking extroverted University of Delaware students to cheer on Delaware athletics.
"Whether you are a sports fanatic or not, you can still have a great time supporting your Blue Hens," a representative of the organization said. "Now is the time to break out of your shell, be creative and make yourself known by being very loud and very visible in the stands."
Blue Hen Fever members who attend athletic events will receive a special T-shirt, as well as prizes from Unique Impressions, the University of Delaware Alumni Association and other local businesses.
