'College Day on the Parkway' is Sept. 21

Sept. 16, 2002--College Day on the Parkway, featuring free admission to several Philadelphia museums with a student ID card, plus giveaways and prizes, will be held Saturday, Sept. 21.

The participating institutions include the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Philadelphia Art Museum, the Franklin Institute, the Galleries at Moore College of Art and Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the Eastern State Penitentiary, the Rodin Museum and the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology and Anthropology.

A bus will depart from the Trabant University Center at 9:30 a.m. and leave Philadelphia at 4 p.m. The cost is $15, and guests are permitted.

To sign up for the bus, visit the Activities and Programs Office in Room 217 of the Trabant University Center, from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Bus seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
