Bach's Lunch Series sets Festival finale

The last Bach's Lunch Series performance of the spring semester, a Festival of Students, will be held at 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, in the University of Delaware's Bayard Sharp Hall.

The festival will feature students from the Department of Music in solo roles.

Although the Bach's Lunch Series is just in its second year, the Festival of Students is fast becoming a tradition, according to David Herman, UD Trustees Distinguished Professor of Music.

Herman said the festival provides "an end-of-year opportunity for some of the best students to showcase their talents."

The Bach's Lunch Series will return to campus during the fall semester, Herman said.
