The deadline for nominations for the Mae Carter and Bessie Collins Awards, both for returning adult women older than 25, is Friday, March 8.
The awards will be presented on Honors Day.
The Bessie Collins Award of $250 will be given to a student who is at least a matriculated junior and who has achieved academically, overcome special difficulties and contributed to the community.
The Mae Carter Award of $500 will be given to a graduate or undergraduate student who has demonstrated a commitment to scholarship and service to women on campus.
