    The University of Delaware Department of Music presents Eight Ensemble Concerts in May, beginning Thursday, May 7, with performances by the UD Jazz Ensembles and concluding with a performance by the UD Wind Ensemble on Sunday, May 17.

    Performances are scheduled as follows:

    Jazz Ensembles I and II with guest Ingrid Jensen, trumpet, Tom Palmer, director, Thursday, May 7, at 8 p.m. in Loudis Recital Hall in the Amy E. du Pont Music Building.

    Chamber Orchestra, Brian Stone, director, Friday, May 8, at 8 p.m. in Gore Recital Hall in the Roselle Center for the Arts. The concert will feature Marie Hadley Robinson.

    UD Chorale: Reflections of the Soul, Paul D. Head, director, Saturday, May 9, at 8p.m. in Loudis Recital Hall.

    Percussion and Delaware Steel, Harvey Price, director, Monday, May 11, at 8 p.m. in Loudis Recital Hall.

    Concert Choir and University Singers, Krystal Rickard, director, Wednesday, May 13, at 8 p.m. at the Newark United Methodist Church on Main Street.

    Jazz Chamber Ensemble, Vernon James, director, Thursday, May 14, at 8 p.m. in Loudis Recital Hall.

    Collegium Musicum, Russell Murray, director, Friday, May 15, at 8 p.m. in Gore Recital Hall.

    Wind Ensemble, Robert Streckfuss, director, Sunday, May 17, at 8 p.m. in Puglisi Orchestra Hall in the Roselle Center for the Arts.

    Loudis Recital Hall is in the Amy E. DuPont Music Building on Orchard Road in Newark. Gore Recital Hall and Puglisi Orchestra Hall are in the Roselle Center for the Arts, also on Orchard Road.

    Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and alumni, and $3 for students and will be available at the door.
