If you are struggling with how to answer your overloaded inbox or how to get people to respond to your important messages, a new seminar, “Writing E-Mails to Get Results, will provide you with simple steps to e-mailing success. This interactive, noncredit program will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 2-5 p.m., June 11-25 at the University of Delaware Downtown Center for Performance Excellence at 8th and King Streets in Wilmington, Del.

Peggy Smith of Smith and Associates, the faculty director for Professional and Continuing Studies' Business Communication Certificate program, will teach the course. Smith is a consultant, educator, and corporate trainer with extensive experience in both industry and academia.

The cost of the program is $339. Discounts are available for three or more people from the same organization.
