the Inner Harbor for Saturday, June 3, from 3-5 p.m.

Spring house tour
Eleven homes representing colonial to contemporary architecture
will be shown during the annual Human Resources Alumni Association
(HRAA) house tour, which is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m., Sunday,
April 30.
The five homes in historic New Castle, Del., range in age from
the early 1700s to the mid-1800s, while the Wilmington, Del., homes
represent architecture of colonial Georgian, Victorian and
contemporary periods.
Proceeds from the HRAA tour supplement an endowed scholarship
fund for the College of Human Resources. That fund, which totals some
$70,000 to date, has supported 21 students since the first scholarship
was awarded in 1979. This year, three students received $1,000
scholarships for their freshman year from the fund.
Tickets may be purchased for $10 one month in advance by writing
to the College of Human Resources, Alison Hall, University of
Delaware, Newark, DE 19716. On the day of the tour, tickets also may
be purchased for $12 from Matilda's Treasures in New Castle or by
calling (302) 737-1128.
