Corrections

     In the last Messenger's Class Notes section, Deborah Capano, a
Republican candidate for representative from Wilmington's 12th
district to the Delaware General Assembly, was incorrectly identified
as having been elected. In the same issue, a story on Rhodes Scholar
Len Stark incorrectly stated that Oxford University is in London. It
is in Oxford. Brian Bossard, Delaware '90, a new assistant football
coach, played corner back, a defensive position, while at UD. And, two
golf benefits were confused in the Homecoming advertisement. The third
annual MBNA Blue Hen Celebrity Golf Classic, presented by Legg Mason,
to benefit athletic scholarships was held Oct. 21 during Homecoming
weekend. The ad referred to the Blue Hen Hoop Club Golf Classic, held
Sept. 21 and sponsored by PNC Bank, which employs more than 2,000
people in Delaware.
