Scholarship honors retired dean
The Agricultural Alumni Association has provided an initial
endowment of $2,500 to establish the Donald F. Crossan Agricultural
Alumni Scholarship. The scholarship was established in honor of
Crossan's retirement June 30 as dean of the College of Agricultural
Sciences, a position he held since 1977. The scholarship will be
awarded to a student majoring in the College of Agricultural Sciences
on the basis of interest in agriculture, academic merit and need. For
details about contributing toward the initial endowment, call Sue
Gibson at (302) 451-2501.
