Performances for all audiences

The new academic year’s Performing Arts Series brings its usual eclectic mix of shows for adults and families to campus. Many of the shows will be held in the new Roselle Center for the Arts, with its state-of-the-art theatres and recital halls.

The series begins Sept. 30, with a 2 p.m. performance of Joseph Heller’s Catch-22 by the Aquila Theatre Company.
Other highlights of the fall Performing Arts Series include “Essential Graham,” classic performances from the Martha Graham Dance Company on Oct. 7 at 2 p.m., and the folk duo of Susie Burke and David Surette, performing at 8 p.m., Oct. 27 and, in a family-oriented show at 2 p.m., Oct. 28.

Two other shows in the family series are The Velveteen Rabbit by the Enchantment Theatre Company at 2 p.m., Sept. 23 and Hans Brinker and the Silver Skates by the ArtsPower National Touring Theatre at 2 p.m., Nov. 11.
