The University of Delaware Alumni Association is soliciting nominations for achievement awards and for the association's board of directors.

The awards available are:

• Alumni Wall of Fame, presented for outstanding professional achievement;
  
  
• Outstanding Alumni Award, presented for exemplary volunteer work on behalf of the alumni association or the University; and
  
  
• Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement, for a "rising star" in professional and community achievement who graduated within the last 20 years.

Nominations for prospective members of the alumni association's board of directors also are being sought. Board members serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2002.

The deadline for all nominations is Feb. 1, 2002.
