Personal Safety
Many women and male allies have expressed concern about safety for women on campus. OWA partners with Wellspring, SOS, UDPD, and other campus offices to provide support services to victims, offer programs and self-defense classes, and advocate for faculty, staff, and students with safety concerns.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Education (SAPE) Committee
This intra-departmental committee, co-chaired by Angela Seguin and Becki Fogerty, convenes monthly to plan and review the comprehensive month of events known as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April), as well as other education and prevention programming through the year on this and related topics. - Sexual Assault Awareness Month
