Visitation Policy

All residence halls and apartments permit visitation on a 24-hour-a-day
basis.
The University does not condone members of the opposite sex staying
overnight in the residence halls. Residents may have overnight guests of
the same sex for a period of time not to exceed three consecutive days. It
is the responsibility of the host to ensure that the presence or behavior
of the guests does not infringe on the rights of his or her roommate or
other residents.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. The host is responsible for the conduct of his or her guest and must
provide an escort at all times.
   2. Individual room visitation may not infringe upon the rights of the
      roommate(s).
   3. It is the responsibility of students to inform their RA's and hall
directors if their rights as roommates or hall residents have been
violated so that they can assist the student in problem solving.
