Authority on Radiation Protection


The Authority on Radiation Protection is a body of fifteen members, created by the State of Delaware Legislature. Twelve of its 15 members are appointed by the Governor. The Authority’s charge is “to effectively regulate sources of ionizing radiation for the protection of occupational and public safety.”
