Laser Safety Program
The
University of Delaware Laser Safety Program was established using
the American National Standard for Safe Use of Lasers (ANSI Z136.1-1993)
as a guide. The day
to day operations of the program are managed by the University Health Physicist.
All laser purchases are referred to the Director of Occupational
Health
and Safety by Procurement. Program elements are listed below:
