This session will cover contents of the OSHA Laboratory Standard and the Delaware Hazardous Chemical Information Act (RTK). Information provided includes workplace chemical list, permissible exposure level standards, hazardous materials identification, and physical and health hazards associated with hazardous materials, exposure potential assessment, safe work practices (proper personal protective equipment), storage, spill and disposal requireents, and sources of available information. This session is mandatory for all individuals prior to working in a chemical laboratory or using hazardous materials.
