
This training is designed to meet the requirements of the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA's) Bloodborne
Pathogen Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030, which is aimed at minimizing exposure
to pathogens that may be found in human blood, tissue, and body fluids.
In order to communicate hazards, the training should be completed upon
initial assignment and at least annually thereafter.
