Lockout/Tagout Program

The University's Lockout/Tagout program is established to protect individuals from injury due to the unexpected energizing, start-up or release of stored energy from machines, equipment, or processes. Departments are required to establish and implement procedures for using lockout/tagout devices. Additional information about the program is listed below:
