Driver's Requirements and Verification

University of Delaware Policy 7-34, Driver’ Requirements and Verification, Section F, addresses the scheduling of semi-annual driver’s license audits. These audits shall be conducted in September and March each year of all employees who operate University motor vehicles, except motor pool vehicles.

The audit record shall contain the following information:

Audit records shall be confidential, and shall be maintained by the driver’s department for a period of three years.
