Management program to assure that proper handling and disposal procedures
are used to protect the health and safety of the University community and
to be in compliance with the State of Delaware Department of Natural

of Delaware include, but are not limited to, blood and blood products; pathological
wastes; cultures and stocks of etiologic agents; laboratory wastes which have
come in contact with pathogenic organisms, blood or body fluids; and contaminated
needles and syringes.
