General Waste Management Resources for Faculty, Staff and Students

All University Community members are required to properly manage wastes generated at the University. These management techniques should also be employed while away from the University. Cleaners, medical waste, office supplies, electronic equipment and chemicals used in an office, dorm or at home are often just as hazardous to human health and the environment as reagent chemicals used in laboratories. Use the following resources to properly dispose, recycle and/or manage waste that you generate on the University Campuses or at home.

Questions regarding waste or recycling issues may be addressed to Jane Frank or call 831-8288.
