Collective Bargaining Agreement between University of Delaware and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 7, University of Delaware Chapter

Effective July 1, 2008 ­
June 30, 2010

This Agreement shall extend from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010. Either party desiring to modify, amend or terminate the Agreement shall give to the other party one hundred twenty (120) days' written notification of its intent to do so prior to June 30, 2010. Failure to give such notice will cause the Agreement to be extended for one (1) year and from year to year thereafter if no subsequent, timely notice is given.
