APPENDIX A

SALARIES
  1. Effective 7/1/08 the salary for officers in the Academy shall be $44,000. Upon exiting the Academy and the successful completion of Field Training, the officer’s salary shall be raised to $46,000.
  2. Effective 7/1/08, all MPOs will receive a $3,500 increase.
  3. Effective 7/1/08, all Corporals will receive a $3,750 increase.
  4. Effective 7/1/08, all Sergeants will receive a $4,000 increase.
  5. Effective 7/1/09, all Officers will receive an across the Board increase of 2.5% and will be eligible for a merit increase of up to 2.5%.
  6. The Minimum Salaries for the term of this agreement shall be as follows:
