State Pension Plan Participation in the Delaware State Employees' Pension Plan is mandatory for all full and part-time salaried and hourly staff employees. Contributions are 3% of your annual salary which exceeds $6,000 per calendar year. The University also makes contributions on your behalf as designated by state statute. |
