Payment End Date

The date the payment for the contract should made. It is usually the same date as the contract begin date, unless the contract begin date is prior to the current pay period. If the contract begin date is prior to the current pay period the payment begin date should the first daty of the current pay period

If an employee's S contract is for September 1, 2002 through September 15, 2002 and the form was originated on September 18, 2002 the dates should be

Payment Begin Date 9/16/2002 First date of current pay period

Payment End Date 9/30/2002 Last day of current pay period

Contract Begin date 9/1/2002 Actual date work began

Contract End Date 9/15/2002 Actual date work ended

Payment Begin Date	9/16/2002	First date of current pay period
Payment End Date	9/30/2002	Last day of current pay period
Contract Begin date	9/1/2002	Actual date work began
Contract End Date	9/15/2002	Actual date work ended
