Verification of VISA for Payroll and Systems Administration
(non-payment status)
This new form, Verification of Visa for Payroll and Systems Administration (Non-Payment Status), needs to be completed for foreign nationals who are on a non-paid status (i.e. 219 or 300 personnel class). When the Visitor Information section of the form is complete, Office of Foreign Students and Scholars (OFSS) needs to complete the Authorization section before it is forwarded to Payroll and Systems Administration.
If the person becomes a paid employee, an I-9 will need to be completed and authorized by OFSS.
