All required electronic forms and paperwork need to be submitted as early as possible, but no later than 12 NOON on the deadline designated above. New hire JED's require the I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit and Bayh-Dole forms.
New Hire/JED Paperwork Deadlines, 2:00 PM Payroll Deadlines, and Pay Dates that do not fall on Tuesday, Monday or Friday, respectively, are indicated, i.e. (Wednesday), (Thursday), (Friday).
