DR. JULIE MOYER-KNOWLES AWARD

Dr. Julie Moyer-Knowles is a 1982 graduate from the University Of Delaware. Dr. Moyer-Knowles is a member of the DATA Hall of Fame and is owner of Pike Creek Physical Therapy, and also a former President of the UD Alumni Association. To recognize an outstanding sophomore athletic training student who has demonstrated an outstanding record of scholarship, leadership and service in the ATEP and has unlimited potential for future contributions to the athletic training profession. Criteria: traits as listed above. Selected by the ATEP Steering Committee. $100 cash award, recognition certificate, name engraved on a plaque that hangs in the UD athletic training facility that hangs in the Bob Carpenter Center. The student will also be recognized at the College of Health Sciences Honor’s Day Ceremony.
