LTS position starting January 4, 2010 at the Susquehanna Township High School. B.S. is required. Must be a Board Certified Athletic Trainer or A.T.C. The District is looking for a health care professional educated and skilled in meeting the health requirements of the individuals involved in physical activity. As part of a complete health care team, the certified athletic trainer works under the direction of a licensed physician and in cooperation with other health care professionals.

California Winter League baseball seeking interns.

I was contacted today by the Asst. AD, Mr. Gary Schnell at the St. Albans
School in Washington, DC. He is looking to replace Mr. Jay Driscoll,
ATC after 17 years as Head AT. Jay will be taking an Admin. position within
the school. I worked closely with Jay while in DC and his program was
second to only mine (just kidding), great facilities and coaches.

St. Albans is an all boys school directly under the National Cathedral in
the heart of DC. In addition to the ATC position, they also have a full-tme
CSCS. Salary is 50-60,000 for 10-12 months (summer contract is
negotiable). On-campus housing might be an option. Full benefits and
retirement. Control of own budget and cont. ed. This position includes all
the amenities.
Qualifications:
ATC, football and high school experience and superior communication skills
with a proactive approach. Preferred: CSCS, ARC Instructor, private boarding highschool with parental interaction.

Mandy Merritt (2001 and 2005) writes (posted 6/16/09) - Received my S.C.S (Sports Certified Specialist) certificate just over a year ago. Any alum with interest in attending an ND football game, or even just a visit, are always welcome with open arms!
Jaychele (Emery) Charles (1995) writes (posted 3/29/09) - I am married to BC Charles (also an ATC), have three wonderful girls and expect ing our first boy this month. I am an adjunct instructor at Greensboro College in NC and spend the rest of my time raising a family. Going to miss the convention this year, but hope to see many of you in Philadelphia!
Becci (Tolhurst) Styers (2003) writes (posted 3/10/09) - For a little over a year I have been working as an athletic trainer for the USM C's Weapons and Field Training Battalion at Camp Pendleton in California. I wo rk with the recruits at boot camp as they go through 4 of their 12 weeks of tra ining . I absolutely love my job. On August 2, 2008 I married Billy Styers! He is a fire fighter and currently g oing to Paramedic school. We are living just north of San Diego and are enjoyi ng our first year of marriage.

After 16 years as a part time Athletic Trainer for the Chichester School District the administration finallly recognized the need for a full time position. Although I miss the classroom, I do not miss the extra long days.
